30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept returns shipped directly without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@vexaauto.comso we may evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about specific products.
We regret that promotional items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the original item and purchase a new one separately when your return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return items without reason within 14 days. As noted previously, items must be in the same condition as received - unworn, unused, with tags intact and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
