Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification. During peak seasons (November-January), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental US.
Tracking Information: You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Track your package directly on the carrier's website.
International Shipping
We ship to over 50 countries. International shipments may be subject to:

Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned as undeliverable will be refunded minus shipping costs. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Report damaged or lost packages within 7 days of delivery. Email info@vexaauto.com with order details and photos of damaged items.
